On Wednesday 22nd November we marked our five-year anniversary by having a celebration at Mac Arts, Project Manager Scott Wight, reflected on Works+ milestones since its beginnings, highlighted our new strategic priorities for the future, and he unveiled our new film, also recognising our Young Person of the Year and Partner of the Year as well as working with so many great people over the years, staff, consultants, trustees, and colleagues across the sector. Over 90 attendees, including members of third-sector organisations, attended our celebration where the buffet was provided by Café Recharge and entertainment by local band 8 Days.

Although challenges persist, Works+ are encouraged by the growing recognition of the transformative potential of Employability. So with the support of our skilled and expanding team, in the years ahead we will continue to be here to support the sector in navigating challenges, to build partnerships that strengthen our shared message.
