* If you’re under 18, your parent or guardian will need to complete the Parental Consent section on the form.

To improve your chances of being successful, you should also record a short video or audio clip 'pitch' to explain what you need and why. Alternatively, you can outline this in your email submission.
* No-one outside the judging panel will see your pitch unless you give permission for us to share it.

no later than 31st March 2021. Applications received after this date will not be considered.
Entries will be assessed by an independent panel and awards will be made at the discretion of Works+.
Successful applicants will be notified by email or text by 7th April 2021.
